The plate-type closed cooling tower combines the efficient heat transfer of plate heat exchangers with the water-saving advantages of closed cooling towers, providing you with an efficient, energy-saving, and reliable industrial cooling solution.

1. Higher heat exchange efficiency
Plate type: Its core herringbone corrugated plate design creates strong turbulence in the fluid flow channel. This turbulence can effectively destroy the boundary layer of the fluid, greatly enhancing the heat transfer process, and the heat transfer coefficient is usually 2-3 times that of a coil.

 

2. Stronger anti-scaling and anti-blocking ability
Plate type: Strong turbulence has a "self-cleaning" effect, which can wash away impurities, salts, etc. in water, making it difficult for them to deposit and scale on the surface of the plate.

3. More compact structure and smaller footprint
Plate heat exchanger: Under the same heat transfer capacity, the required heat transfer area for plate heat exchangers is much smaller than that of coil heat exchangers, resulting in smaller equipment volume and a more compact structure, which can save valuable installation space.

4. Better water-saving and energy-saving effects
Higher efficiency: Due to the ability of plate heat exchangers to cool process fluids to a level closer to the wet bulb temperature of air, both the spray water volume and fan air volume can be reduced accordingly when achieving the same cooling effect, thereby saving energy consumption of water pumps and fans as well as water consumption.

5. Maintaining cleanliness is more convenient
Plate type: Typically designed with a modular framework, the clamping bolts can be easily disassembled to expose the entire set of plates, making it convenient for high-pressure water gun flushing, brushing, or chemical cleaning.
