As the service life increases, the cooling effect of closed cooling towers will decrease to varying degrees. In order to ensure the normal operation of the closed cooling tower and meet production requirements, it is necessary to promptly inspect and maintain the cooling tower, and even dismantle, repair, and replace the original closed cooling tower.

here are some reasons that can reduce the cooling effect of closed cooling towers:

1. Operating environment. We need to install enclosed cooling towers in the ventilation area, so we have seen many cooling towers installed on the roof or workshop top. After installing the cooling tower, please try to avoid any constructive work around it and affect the ventilation environment of the cooling tower.

2. Fan and air volume. If the cooling effect is reduced, please check if the air volume of the fan and cooling tower is sufficient. The air volume is mainly affected by the fan. Let's check if the angle of the fan blade has moved and damaged the leaves. The nylon fan blades have a certain gap and use stainless steel fan blades adjust the angle of the fan and increase shaft lubrication.

3. Spray water. During the closed cooling tower surgery, we can hear the roar inside. If there is less water, the loss of calories will be reduced. The impact of reduction and pump is to check the pressure of the pump, if there is no air in the pump, and to check if the management of the water pipes is blocked.

4. The spraying system is the main component of the condensate water pipe, and the nozzle is the component to be tested. It is important to spray water evenly. It can cover the entire condensing ring to avoid drying points and cause scaling.

5. Fouling and wear of the coil. The closed cooling tower coil is made of copper, stainless steel, or carbon steel hot-dip galvanized pipes. It requires a long process to reach the degree of damage. Its damage is usually caused by improper maintenance by users, failure to clean on time, resulting in a large amount of dirt corrosion, and damage, as well as extreme weather or natural disasters and other factors that can also damage the coil.

 

For closed cooling towers that have already reached their service life and high maintenance costs, it is wise to dismantle or upgrade them.

Generally speaking, when dismantling a closed cooling tower, a hand grinder or cutting machine is used to gradually separate the equipment and complete the recycling work by separating the components. In cases where the requirements for recycled materials are not high, violent demolition can also be used to quickly complete the demolition of the tower body.

Before starting the demolition work, safety preparations must be made. It is not only necessary to check whether the tools and safety protective equipment used for demolition meet the requirements, but also to strictly prohibit the use of unqualified tools and safety protective equipment; A temporary safety railing should be welded with steel bars on the top of the closed cooling tower, and the safety net should be securely tied to the pre-embedded steel bars on the top of the tower to ensure safety.
